ICI Construction, Inc. was founded in 1981 under the name of Innerspace Construction in Houston, Texas and was incorporated in 1983. In order to grow in the Texas market, the Dallas division was opened in 1989. In 1997 Innerspace Construction changed its name to ICI Construction, Inc.
