Bart Cobb started with ICI Construction, Inc. in May of 1992. He began his career at ICI Construction, Inc. supervising Interior Build Outs. He quickly moved to estimating and project managing Interior Build Outs and in early 1995 began estimating and project managing school projects. Bart has successfully estimated and project managed over 85 school projects both large and small since 1995. Bart became a Second-Vice President at ICI Construction, Inc. in 2001. Bart is a big believer in surrounding his staff with very reputable subcontractors to promote the smooth running and success of all his projects. He has used this strategy to complete his projects timely with excellent quality. Bart has had the pleasure of working with a great deal of school districts and architects who specialize in educational facilities throughout Southeast Texas. His staff boasts over 65 years of experience with ICI Construction, Inc. and he has strategically placed them in positions to take responsibility for certain aspects of a construction project. This accountability system prevents any part of the project from being left behind. Bart takes full responsibility for each and every project he takes on from the estimate through the construction and close out. This full responsibility is both welcomed and un-interrupted.
