Tom Cobb has been with ICI Construction, Inc. since August 1999. He started out assisting both projects managers and superintendents on large school construction projects. He quickly became a superintendent for large construction projects building new elementary schools in multiple school districts. He became an estimator and project manager in 2005 and became an officer as Treasurer in May 2006. Tom has an undeniable belief in hiring quality subcontractors because he knows what it means to the on time quality completion of his projects. Tom's staff is set up similar to Bart's and holds staff members accountable for certain parts of a construction project globally fulfilling that project needs. Tom takes full responsibility of his projects from start to finish.
